Return Policy
Return Policy:
Our top priority is to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns after 30 days from date of delivery will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please email support@pinkalamode.com with name, order number and date of purchase. We will then reply to you with a Return Authorization Form. Please do not send back an item without first being sent the Return Authorization Form. We will not be able to process your return without it and we will need this form to be included with the return package as well.
- Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging with original tags and tickets attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn, smells of perfume, smoke, pets, is covered in pet hair or we see any visible blemishes, then your return will be denied. The item will be returned to you at your cost.
- Return products in excess of $100.00 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping fee’s are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Orders containing 3 or more of the same item are considered “bulk” orders and are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless item is damaged/defective. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks from receipt of your package for refund to be processed. Depending on your bank’s policy it can take up to 10 business days to see the refund on original card account used for the purchase. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage.
- Pink a la Mode does not offer exchanges. You will need to return the goods, you no longer would like to keep and make a new purchase from our site.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on BOGO sale items.
Damaged/Defective Product return policy:
If your product has been damaged from the factory or if the product is defective, please contact support@pinkalamode.com within 7 days of delivery. Once the damaged/defective product is returned to our warehouse, we will issue you a refund or a replacement. If the item is still available, on our website, when your package is received in our warehouse, we will ship you out a replacement. If it is not available, then we will issue a refund to the form of payment you used when you purchased the item. Replacements aren't guaranteed.

You WILL be reimbursed for your shipping, if it is the only item purchased.

Pin Return Policy:
Every pin is hand crafted. There will be slight imperfections. We do not offer refunds or discounts on pins with slight imperfections. If you are unhappy with your pin you can return it for a refund. Damaged, defective pins must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
We do not consider bent backer cards a defect. We do not offer new cards or replacements.
Return Policy at In-Person Events:
All items purchased are final sale. If you receive a damaged or defective pin, please reach out to a Pink staff member to exchange your item, if it is still available. If it is not available, we will issue store credit.
Damaged, defective pins must be reported to support@pinkalamode.com within 7 days of purchase.
We DO NOT accept returns on the following items:
- Blind Bags, Mystery Items, or Gift Cards
A Pink a la Mode E-Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or returns/exchanges.
Gift with Purchase or Purchase with Purchase items must accompany the original
purchased item when returned.
This Return Policy is subject to change, for any or no reason, from time to time at Pink a la Mode’s sole discretion without advance notice to its customers.
